Biography

Forrest loves working with his clients from the outset of an issue to identify long term goals and develop the best strategy to accomplish them in the most efficient and least disruptive way.  He believes a collaborate team approach with the client not only gets the best results, but keeps clients informed and comfortable in what is not always a pleasant process.

Despite his desire to keep his clients out the courtroom if at all possible for their own benefit, he is most comfortable in the courtroom when the situation requires it.  With significant jury, bench trial, administrating hearing, and arbitration experience, Forrest always has the potential for trial in the back of his mind as the case gets worked up.  This allows Forrest to show up ready when necessary without posture or delay.

Forrest’s willingness and ability to take cases all the way led to his election into the American Board of Trial Advocates.
