Biography

Abby’s practice focuses primarily on general civil litigation, where she adeptly navigates a diverse spectrum of legal disputes. Her expertise encompasses consumer and commercial litigation, insurance defense, and complex civil matters. Abby’s approach combines strategic advocacy with compassionate client service, ensuring her clients receive not only effective representation but also a clear understanding of their legal journey. Her commitment to open communication fosters trust, enabling clients to make informed decisions throughout their cases.

Prior to joining Hicks Davis Wynn, Abby honed her legal skills with a reputable firm, where she gained valuable experience in a variety of litigation matters. Following her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University, Abby graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law. While pursuing her Juris Doctor, Abby was a member of Tulsa Law Review and was treasurer of Women’s Law Caucus. Licensed to practice in both Oklahoma and Texas, Abby brings a multistate perspective to her work. Outside the courtroom, she cherishes time with friends, family, and her two pets, finding balance that fuels her professional dedication.
