Biography

Alyse Riccio is an associate attorney at Hicks Davis Wynn whose practice focuses on civil litigation. She is committed to providing thoughtful, client-focused representation and approaches each matter with careful preparation, strategic analysis, and effective advocacy.

Alyse earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston before graduating summa cum laude from South Texas College of Law Houston. During law school she gained valuable litigation experience through clerkships with the Harris County District Court and prominent law firms specializing in civil litigation and family law. Before attending law school, Alyse worked as a paralegal handling condemnation matters. Upon graduating, she began her legal career with a focus on family law. The combination of her academic achievement and hands-on litigation experience has equipped Alyse to effectively navigate the procedural and substantive challenges that arise throughout the life of a case.
