Biography
Tyler is an experienced commercial litigator specializing in contract disputes, business torts, and catastrophic personal injury defense. He handles complex litigation for a variety of clients including energy companies, product manufacturers, suppliers and distributors, and construction companies. Tyler provides a balance of pragmatic, efficient, and aggressive representation to all clients. His goal is to minimize the burden of legal proceedings so clients can return to their everyday business.
Tyler navigates clients through all phases of litigation. On the front end of disputes, Tyler specializes in enforcing defense, indemnity, and insurance rights under contracts like Master Service Agreements and Supply Agreements. Tyler also provides a thorough and honest assessment of possible outcomes. He ultimately aligns his litigation strategy with the business goals of each client. While Tyler aims to successfully resolve cases before trial, he is well equipped to argue a case in front of a jury when necessary.
